Cream:
  1. Mint – 1 bunch
  2. Rose water – as required
  3. Saffron – 1 pinch
  4. Glycerine – 2 tbsp

Method:

Mix all above ingredients. Apply every night around the eyes, also every morning before breakfast take 1 glass of water, add 2 tsp crushed fennel seeds, honey, sugar candy 1 tsp, 3 to 4 crushed almond and 2 crushed cloves.

Method:

  • Mix all above ingredients, make lotion and apply at night on your affected body parts, where you think extra fat is stuck, like belly, arms, shoulder and thighs and massage until absorbs. Then wrap with muslin cloth and leave for whole night.
