Ingredients:
- Whole wheat – 1/2 cup
- Crushed green cardamom – 2
- Crushed black pepper – 1
- Vanilla essence – 2 tsp
- Maple syrup – 1/2 cup
- Water – 2 cups
Method:
- Take a pan, add wheat, green cardamom, black pepper, vanilla essence,maple syrup and water, cook well.
- Then strain and take twice a day.
- Avoid mutton and beef and try to eat chicken, Duck, Fish and vegetables as much as you can.
- Also a gentle massage with warm oil reduces inflammation and relaxes your muscles.
- Heat up 2 tbsp of mustard oil with a whole clove of garlic.
- When the oil little bit hot, start massaging your aching knees with it.
